The Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) is one of the best conferences in the Greek community available to any interested KA seeking to lead their chapter. ELA provides a different learning experience where we bring the sessions out of the classroom.
ELA provides premier leadership training through the small group experience, Certified Educational Sessions and engaging large group presentations. This unique opportunity will help you become more involved in your chapter in the future.
All chapters are able to send (1) one representative to attend ELA and participate in the Certified Chapter Recruiter Course at no registration cost, with additional registrations costing only $300 per person, which covers lodging, meals, and a custom t-shirt. Additionally, through the generosity of the Kappa Alpha Order Educational Foundation, all chapters that register (3) three attendees can send a fourth representative at no additional registration cost.
