High Point Raises $104k for Wounded Veterans, Providing Four All-Terrain Track Chairs

During High Point University’s 14th annual Veterans Day Celebration, which welcomed their largest crowd of more than 2,500 veterans and their families, the Zeta Phi Chapter donated four all-terrain track chairs to wounded veterans to improve their mobilty. Sgt. Cory Jason Muzzy and Sgt. James Stanley King were present at the Veterans Day Celebration.

The chapter raised a record $104,000 for The Independence Fund to purchase, outfit, and donate a total of four track chairs, two veterans were unable to attend,  as well as donate 100 American flags to local nonprofits, schools, and government buildings.
