Austin Peay Alumnus Elected as American College Personnel Association President-Elect

Kelvin Rutledge, Ph.D (Zeta Tau–Austin Peay State ’11) has been elected as the 2025-2026 President-Elect of the American College Personnel Association (ACPA). He will subsequently serve as the National President for the 2026-2027 term. This significant achievement marks the first time a member of Kappa Alpha Order has been elected to this esteemed position within ACPA.

The American College Personnel Association is a leading organization in higher education, dedicated to advancing student affairs and fostering the professional development of its members.

Brother Rutledge was a charter member of the Zeta Tau Chapter. His leadership and dedication were evident early on, culminating in his recognition as Greek Man of the Year during his senior year. In 2023, Kelvin was honored as the Outstanding Young Alumni at APSU’s Homecoming, reflecting his ongoing commitment to excellence and service.
