Officer Training Conferences
Following NLI, Officer Training Conferences (formerly referred to as “Province Councils”) are held to further the education to chapter leaders in a standardized, educational curriculum for all attendees. OTCs take place regionally across the country and offer officer training on leadership, risk management, recruitment, finances, ritual, scholarship, member education, and personal development.

Emerging Leaders Academy
ELA provides an opportunity to increase member knowledge about basic chapter operations, leadership, and how to implement positive change. ELA provides learning experiences outside of the classroom combining leadership speakers, experiential-learning, service-learning, peer-facilitation, and track sessions. Young leaders are energized to return to their chapters and take charge. Held during ELA, Stewards of the Order standardizes education on the ritual for our chapters–the course of our purpose and values.
