Wade H. Davis

Wade Heaton Davis was initiated on December 3, 1975, and served his chapter as Number I. He was inducted into what was then Graves Province Court of Honor, now renamed in memory of William McLeod Frampton, on November 11, 1981. Since 2005, he has served as Preceptor, the chief officer of the Court. Wade received a Certificate of Honor for his contributions to the Order by Knight Commander King V. Aiken, Jr., on March 21, 2024. Being a member of Kappa Alpha Order has been a great source of pride and enjoyment for Wade throughout his adult life.

Wade is a lifelong Charlestonian who has served as a Deacon and an Elder of First (Scots) Presbyterian Church. He is a member of The St. Andrew’s Society and currently serves as the Second Vice President.

Professionally, Wade operated several “Photo Express” shops for many years in Charleston before joining his wife’s family’s realty and property management company, Hamrick-Carter Realty.

Wade and his wife Anne have been married for 37 years. They have been blessed by two amazing daughters, both of whom have married within this past year, further blessing them with two wonderful sons-in-law.
