H. Robert Hohenberger, Jr. is an attorney in Houston. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas in 1949. He earned a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Trinity University in 1952 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s School of Law in 1954.
Beginning in 1950 he served seven years in the United States Army as part of the 36th Infantry Division earning the rank of 1st Lieutenant.
Professionally he was the founding President of the Houston Bankruptcy Conference and a Past President of the Spring Branch-Memorial Bar Association. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Gulf Coast Family Law Specialist, Texas Academy of Family Law Specialist and the Fort Bend County Bar Association. He is also a founding member of the Hon. Arthur L. Moller/David B. Foltz, Jr. Bankruptcy Inn of Court.
Brother Hohenberger has three daughters and four grandchildren.
Hohenberger was appointed by Knight Commander William E. Dreyer as a member of the Omicron Alumni Receivership Committee in October of 2011 and has served until their recolonization in 2014.
