Jean, an initiate of Chi Omega national sorority at the University of Tulsa, is chair of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). Jean oversees the twenty-six member organizations in the NPC and leads the board, the national staff, and is the primary spokesperson for the sorority movement. She has been a loyal friend to KA, major supporter of our Congressional advocacy including efforts to create a safe campus coalition in direct response to sexual misconduct issues, and various other interfraternal matters facing us all.
Previously, Jean worked for Chi Omega as a traveling consultant for a year then briefly as a newspaper reporter. With degrees in advertising, public relations, and industrial and organizational psychology, she then worked nearly a decade in the University of Tulsa’s Office of Admission. Jean served on the governing council for Chi Omega and spent four years as the sorority’s national president. Professionally, she currently serves as the chief of staff in the Office of the Chancellor at Texas Christian University.
