Enhancing Kappa Alpha Order’s alumni network and brotherhood is a priority for the National organization. As an important step in strengthening our connection to alumni, the Order has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) and will be undertaking a data verification project and creation of a new alumni directory. This directory will assist alumni in engaging with one another and the fraternity.
PCI will be verifying the accuracy of current alumni data on file and will begin mailing postcards in early to mid 2025. The communication requests alumni members to call a telephone number to verify or update their alumni profile on their own. When members call, they will be offered an opportunity to purchase a printed or digital directory as well as KA merchandise. Members are under no obligation to purchase anything. Regardless of whether aluni purchase the directory, Kappa Alpha Order thanks you for updating your information.

- How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?
- PCI is committed to protecting your information. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.
- I would like to verify or update my information. How can I do this?
- If you received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a real, live human being representing the Kappa Alpha Order project. They will verify the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.
- If you received an email with an embedded link, simply click the link to go to the online site to review your information.
- If you are living internationally or are unable to call the update line, please email PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com. PCI will send you a personalized link to update your information.
- Can I choose what information prints in the directory?
- When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative if you prefer any of your information be excluded. You can also communicate your preferences to PCI’s customer service helpdesk at 1-800-982-1590 / PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com or to the Fraternity directly.
- Can anyone purchase a directory?
- The Kappa Alpha Order Member Directory is available for sale only to Kappa Alpha Order members. You will be listed in the directory whether you decide to purchase a copy or not.
- I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
